Nidhi Arora has joined HSBC Bank as the SVP-HR. Most recently, she was the Director-HR at S&P Global.
Arora is a seasoned HR executive with a unique ability of strategic thinking and championing tactical execution.
She has nearly two decades of experience in various facets of human resources, including shaping organisational culture, employee relations and talent and organisational development.
Arora will drive HR management, and provide the foundations and support necessary for HSBC to continue its growth trajectory in the upcoming years.
"I am happy to share that i have joined HSBC today as Senior Vice President - HR. I am excited about this new chapter in my professional life and looking forward to new learnings, experiences, and connections" she wrote on LinkedIn.
